Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Style Aura 1 (styleaura1.store). We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our premium fragrances. Because our products are personal cosmetic items, we maintain a strict hygiene and safety policy regarding returns.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your perfume bottle must be unopened, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

Packaging: The item must remain in its original box with the outer cellophane/shrink wrap fully intact and unbroken. Opened or tested bottles cannot be returned.

Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Damaged, Leaking, or Wrong Items

If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong fragrance, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send an email to our support or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and clear photographic/video proof of the damaged item.

We will immediately arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged or wrong item delivered).

We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the package reaches us safely.

4. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method or via bank transfer/wallet within 5-7 business days
