 1. How long does it take for Style Aura 1 perfumes to be delivered?

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days for major cities (such as Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad), while it may take 5–7 business days for other regions. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, Style Aura 1 does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). We operate strictly on an advance payment model. You can securely complete your purchase at checkout via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Credit/Debit Card. Your order will be processed immediately once payment verification is complete.

3. What should I do if my perfume arrives damaged or leaking?

We pack our bottles with extreme care using extra protective layers. However, if you receive a damaged or leaking item, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video proof. We will arrange a free replacement for you immediately.

4. Can I return or exchange my perfume?

Due to safety and hygiene standards for cosmetic products, we only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and have their original cellophane/shrink wrap packaging completely intact (sealed). You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Opened or tested bottles cannot be returned or exchanged.
